Opening of the Ron McLarty Collection at Rhode Island College 10/1/17

It was a miraculously beautiful day in Providence for the Opening of the Ron McLarty Collection at RIC on Sunday. The event went off perfectly and smoothly. It began with a brunch at the President's residence and then moved to Gaige Hall for the event and reception. We had 6 speakers beginning with Paul Anghinetti (Professor Emeritus/RIC), President Sanchez, then ME, Ron's brother, Doug, Paul Bourget (classmate of Ron's at RIC) and David Baldacci !!!! There were readings from Ron's novels and video of his acting work. It was a great day celebrating Ron and being surrounded by those who love and appreciate him.
